Running checkdoc-current-buffer in webpaste.el generates the following warnings:

checkdoc-continue: First line is not a complete sentence
checkdoc-continue: Lisp symbol ‘fundamental-mode’ should appear in quotes
nil should not appear in quotes.

This pull request fixes them.
