Adds the Aztec Compiler plugin to Remix, providing a styled UI for importing example projects, selecting targets under aztec/, and compiling via WebSocket with a spinner and modal dialogs for success or error. Environment-specific endpoints are configured via REACT_APP_… vars and Webpack.
