Description:
This reverts commit 9b0d10f (which itself reverts 33e17bb). Reverting 33e17bb in PR #2538 had no effect on the ongoing production issues, so it should be safe to add back in the functionality introduced in 33e17bb.
Surfacing response headers is necessary for the new
source-salesforce-nativeconnector, so this support needs added back into the CDK before merging #2519.Workflow steps:
