Add Johnson JN52N air conditioner (TYWE1S, TCL protocol)

Adds the Johnson JN52N split air conditioner (TCL-based, Tuya TYWE1S WiFi module, ESP8266EX).

Despite the Tuya module, this unit does NOT speak the Tuya MCU protocol — it uses the proprietary TCL UART protocol (0xBB frames, 9600 baud, EVEN parity), so neither tuya: nor midea: work. The config uses the community TCL climate component, giving full local control: modes, presets (eco/sleep/boost), fan speeds and motorized vertical/horizontal swing.

• config.yaml is hardware-only (uart + climate + empty wifi.ap)
• Beep switch, swing position selects and ambient temp sensor are template entities, so they stay in the linked repo's full example per the site rules
• Includes datasheet, board and module photos
• Validated locally: validate-devices, validate-yaml and markdownlint all clean
