Currently this rate limiting isn't active on any route yet.
In the coming days/weeks we will test-drive this with a small group. But they need to know how it is implemented. So a chicken-egg situation.
When we know more about when this is going live, and in what order, we will blog about this. And give people some time to adjust.
Generally speaking, and this is important: only 0.1% of the applications will be impacted by this rate limiting. Most of you are well within the limits.
