….json IsauraMolRemover rebuilt only bloom + index.json when a JSON index existed, leaving a backfilled index.sqlite pointing at pre-delete row groups (the rewrite re-splits rows into 10k groups), so reads silently reported present molecules as missing. Now rebuilt from the surviving chunks, or dropped if empty.
