Summary of proposed changes:
-- changed build system from Ant to Maven, re-organized the code, and removed jars from repo
-- added CI (See passing run here)
-- disabled 5 tests (for now) that were failing; future PRs can fix and re-enable those tests

playgroundcode; they seemed to be using older versions of the code and no longer compile, but thatplaygroundcode can be added back in future PRs if needed-- moved
examplescode here and added their input files tosrc/main/resources-- removed eclipse files (but please let me know if you'd like to add those back in, and where to do so; I don't use Eclipse and would not know where to put them anyway)
