Commit Message: Fix flaky client_side_weighted_round_robin:integration_test.

• Increase connection timeout.
• Add sleeps between requests
• Add codec_client_->waitForDisconnect() after cleanupUpstreamAndDownstream();
• Reduce number of requests.
