refer to the official Arrow ，add the dependences in sh. include gflag grpc arrow。 and i found the openssl md5 fuction was abandend in openssl3.x. to ignore the error,i add "-Wno-deprecated-declarations -Wno-error=deprecated-declarations" in cmakefile.
i test the sh,and build the Project as well.
