Three major changes in this please let me know if you want me to break them out into separate PRs.
The prebuilt image runs about 50 MB smaller. The base image is about 200 MB smaller. However, because it is prebuilt there is no customization possible so not useful for advanced deployments/
Arm just allows for people using arm64 machine to run the container.
Adds the potential use of Github Container registry
