Hi,
Pod::WeaverhasSingleEncodingplugin now (starting from 4.000) as part of the@Defaultbundle. This makesPod::Weaver::Plugin::Encodingan extra dependency that could be thrown away.See Rik's post and also check out my quest for details/comments:
