Howto import paypal payments

1. Go to the Payments page and click the Paypal tab.
2. Click on the Administer link.
3. Click the Add dab.
4. Fill in the user's Paypal email address and registered name on seltzer (note: the name will show you a list of possibilities)
5. Click Add.
6. Log into Paypal and export payments as a CSV.
7. Go to the Payments page and click the Paypal tab.
8. Click "Choose file" and select your CSV.
9. Click "Import" and your payments should be imported.
