This script allows to correct the value of precursor ion in mzXML files of Bruker Impact II. Put the .mzXML data to be corrected with mgf files in the same folder as the perl script and run.
The script has been modified. No need anymore to generate mgf file. The new script can be found on https://github.com/elnurgar/mzxml-precursor-corrector
