Why I can't open the file after compiling |

I also have an error, it tells me that libcrypto1_1x64 is missing |
And if u download libcrypto and move it there it will pop out my error |
Small fix to get ubuntu build running again (missing apt update)
Fix linker SSL error on Windows
I submitted a PR to this other PR, if you compile for windows again, this error should disappear. If it doesn't let me know. |

Currently it did not build at all for me and I had to bump some packages and versions in order to get it working again
