- I merged the following branches: - feat/cross-document-link-validator - markitect-phase0-phase1-design - feat/reflinks-enhancement - feat/doc-graph-analyzer - I refactored the CLI to use `argparse` and Pydantic for configuration. - I updated the documentation to reflect the new CLI structure. - I fixed all failing tests.
