Add troubleshooting readme and traces example #576

The idea here is that the main troubleshooting page in the opentelemetry repo will provide detailed advice, but this repo will provide example code. The opentelemetry repo will link to this section as appropriate

I really like the idea to provide a simple program that allows to easily test user setup end to end with clear expectations on the result.

However, we could maybe go a bit further and provide a ready-to-use maven+gradle project (like the spring boot examples that do both) which could make it even easier.

Totally agree, we don't have time in this iteration, so I focused on getting in examples and (in progress) the main doc in the other repo
