Dusting off the repository. Updating all dependency versions, and also fix type errors and breaking changes.
Not going to upgrade to React 19 since that's very recent. Also not upgrading to Chakra-ui v3 (released in October), since that involves some "component snippets" in a copy-code-into-your-repository style that I'm not a huge fan of for this project, being so small. We can do that later.
