Add `eca-chat-fontify-prompt` so users can disable Markdown fontification in the editable prompt. This avoids prompt-area Markdown block scans in large chat buffers while preserving the existing behavior by default. Document the option and cover both the default and disabled behavior in chat tests.

Description
Large ECA chat buffers can make prompt typing slower when Markdown scans run across chat history while the editable prompt changes. Keep the existing prompt rendering behavior by default, but let users disable prompt Markdown fontification when they need the lighter path.
