NEW-9 (LOW): /health/ready exposes worker state without auth — partial re-introduction of M5-health-disclosure for readiness probe endpoint. NEW-10 (MEDIUM): OpenAICompatibleProvider DNS rebinding SSRF gap — same pattern as NEW-1 (Ollama) affecting openai/openrouter providers; openai SDK internal httpx bypasses SafeTransport.
