Proposed changes

  • Add an e2e test to ensure Helm upgrades from the latest release to the current commit work
    • For the test to succeed, it doesn't actually run against the binary of the release, but against a binary build on the commit of the release. This is required as the Signer ID of the builds vary otherwise
