-Adds support for FPGA selftrigger (work in progress).
-This version has known bugs that may crash program. Working on fixes
-Application will crash if a channel is selected in the mainwindow that was not checked in the acquisition menu. This happens if the mutiple
waveform is enabled.
- Application will crash if user hits ok in the ethernet menu while the ethernet checkbox is enabled.
- Other known issue is that ethernet binding is displayed as an error. Ignore this message for now.
