A suggestion from my end as I am seeing many people opening PR for version 18 and earlier on sw360.website repo.
Version 18 is old, no one new is going to set it up, lets leave the documentation about it as is. Fixes for major issues you face during setup can be added, but simply rephrasing the sentence from a tool does not add any value to anyone and just creates noise.
Thus, lets focus on version 19, work on migration guide from 18 -> 19 and be prepared for version 20.

It is a proposal from my end. Others, please add your comments.

For versions 17 and below, yes, they can be removed.
But for version 18, I'm still considering whether we should keep them or not.
