+4. **Clarity**: Text should be readable at 100% zoom
+5. **Compression**: Use minimal compression to preserve quality
+
+### Screenshot Best Practices:
+1. Use browser zoom at 100% (not zoomed in or out)
+2. Capture full pages or relevant sections
+3. Ensure good lighting and contrast
+4. Remove personal/sensitive data before capturing
+5. Use consistent browser (recommend Chrome or Firefox)
+6. Clear browser cache and use incognito mode for clean UI
+
+## How to Replace Images
+
+### For Contributors:
+1. Set up SW360 locally or access a demo instance
+2. Navigate to the feature shown in the blurry image
+3. Take a new screenshot following the guidelines above
+4. Save as PNG with descriptive filename
+5. Replace the old file in the appropriate directory
+6. Test the website locally to ensure the new image displays correctly
+7. Submit a pull request with clear description
+
+### For Maintainers:
+1. Review the list above
+2. Prioritize critical and high-priority images
+3. Create issues for batches of related images (e.g., "Replace Component Page Images")
+4. Consider automating screenshot capture if possible
+5. Update documentation to include screenshot requirements
+

+## Testing Images
+
+After replacement:
+1. Build the website locally: `hugo server`
+2. Navigate to pages using the images

+## Automation Script
+
+A Python script is provided (`check_image_quality.py`) to identify low-quality images automatically.
+
+Run it with:
