This is the first everything-works build, and I decided to publish a quick pre-release just so that there's something available for the time being. A quick unofficial changelog:

1. New (better? worse?) build system to accommodate Xcode and autotools.
2. Updated all internal components.
3. Fixed preferences panel layout.
4. Fixed SVGO for arm64.
5. Removed Sparkle.
6. Updated icon to Big Sur style made by @yannikbloscheck
