We add the deep extreme dataset.
An important change is the landcover mask: it have been moved from metric and loss to the data: it avoid redundancies + mistakes since the landcover mask is dataset specific.
The en22, en23 and en21x have been updated too, it will work even with legacy configs. We tested with en23 too. I coudn't test for en21x, the path for the dataset seems to not be the right one, or I didn't which config file to use, but it should work as well. In particular for en21x, I fix few lines in the dataset, which is unexpected, please check if the current version is well the last up to date and everything work! :)
