Updates Cobertura and Diehard => Dieharder. Splits Dieharder suite into 2 ant targets per PRNG class.

Updates Cobertura; replaces Mac-only Diehard binary with /usr/bin/dieharder. Splits Dieharder suite into 2 ant targets per PRNG class (necessary due to Travis's 50-minute timeout, unless you have a paid account with them). This is a newly-split partition of #16.
