All twelve go directives move from 1.26.7 to 1.27.1, the pinned golangci-lint to v2.14.0 (v2.12.2 cannot lint 1.27 modules), and the reusable workflows to gha-workflows 1b0cab6, which carries the same fallback. go mod tidy on 1.27 only regroups migratex's requires; no version changes. docs/MIGRATION.md and docs/MIGRATION-slogx.md are removed at the owner's request, with the links to them. Gate on go1.27.1: make tidy, then make test TAGS=integration (fmt, vet, lint 0 issues, race, testcontainers) for every module.
ff848d8 runs CodeQL init and analyze on one version (gha-workflows#133); 1b0cab6 had them on 4.37.9 and 4.38.2, which failed both Analyze jobs.
