WTR Lab error

Describe the bug
WTR Lab parser is unable to fetch URL even when it has internet

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to WTR Lab and select any story
2. Open the Extension
3. Perform standard operation of either adding to library or packing epub
4. Pause the process or wait for completion
5. See error

Expected behavior
It should either add the chapter or packed the epub
