@BoundaryValueProblems this is an extension of your PR; I didn't want to deal with nesting PR's, so I made this separate one on a branch, and will merge as soon as the tests are passing.
Anyways, to get rid of a circular dependency, I integrated the MonogenicFilterFlux code in here. Ideally I should split parts into FourierFilterFlux, but I don't think it's worth the effort to do it correctly atm.
