To present a polished interface to Triage to both users and developers, the CLI (which is half-integrated) and the rest of dirtyduck should be available in the triage repository.

Updating all documentation (and potentially the dirtyduck config files) should be part of the contribution guidelines for any pull request, and the dirtyduck experiments should be automatically run by Travis (perhaps only every time we push tags?)
