- Added substantial logging of PCE CDROM System calls and parameters

- Put a rate-limiter on CD_STAT and AD_STAT logging when called three
  consecutive times, with less than 3 VSYNCs of delay in-between
- Perform in-memory searches for strings, when 3 EX_GETFNT lookups
  occur in rapid succession (and attempt to locate pointers)
