Issue scoring system: WSJF-derived rubric + in-issue olo-score tooling - #466
Conversation
WSJF/Cost-of-Delay-derived rubric tuned for this engine: Capability, Craft, Stability, Decay over Effort (× Confidence), plus personal Learning/Fun axes and Kano + tech-tree tags. Scores live in an `olo-score` block in each issue body (single public source of truth); nothing derived (score/rank/tier) is stored — `scripts/issue_scores.py` ranks on demand (rank/lint/apply). Feature issue template seeds a neutral block so new issues are born scored. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
So new bugs are born scored like feature requests — issue_scores.py lint would otherwise nag every freshly-filed bug. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

How can I continue? After more reviews become available, a review can be triggered using the To avoid repeated limits, reduce automatic review volume by pausing incremental auto-reviews earlier, using label-based review opt-in, excluding WIP or generated PR titles, or requesting reviews manually when the PR is ready. If your team needs uninterrupted high-volume reviews, an organization admin can enable usage-based reviews. How do review limits work?CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan review availability. For paid Pro and Pro+ PR reviews, CodeRabbit uses adaptive limits for sustained high-volume activity. When a developer's recent PR review activity reaches the 95th percentile or higher among CodeRabbit users, additional reviews become available more gradually as earlier reviews age out of the rolling window. What
A lightweight, explicit system for rating issues/tasks, replacing gut-feel backlog ordering. Derived from WSJF / Cost of Delay, retuned for a personal game engine (no commercial "business value"; the backlog is a tech tree; rendering can look done while being wrong).
