Updated gitignore, moved to new SDK project format, updated unit tests with working samples (see file saved as Unicode to pass tests) & URLs (domain no longer exists), renamed branch..

Bumped to .NET Standard 2.0 by using System.Drawing.Common, updated license to be LGPL 2.1 or later. Ready to release to Nuget.
