Задание выполнил по TDD.
Был нюанс что неправильно назвал тест, в связи с чем мне пришлось делать комит и его переименовывать.
Также заметил что нечего не сказано что помимо валидных данных могут быть и не валидные к примеру отрицательное число.
Также для меня стало неожиданностью, что если год нулевой то тест отработал успешно без каких либо правок.
