The following was suggested during the last IETF meeting (from the minutes, https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/99/materials/minutes-99-dots/): “Chairs: suggest to add the multi-homing contents into existing requirements and architecture draft.” This is a proposal for discussion.

Can you resubmit with the changes against the markdown? The XML file is generated from the markdown using kramdown-rfc2629.
