… for 10s+ Non-member accounts can no longer be misled into selecting 15s: picker defaults to 4-10s; 11-15s require explicit membership toggle. Runtime still fail-closes without live selectable evidence; members with selectable page evidence keep generating 10s+ normally. Historical force-15s request rewrite remains permanently disabled.
Port ihmily/doubao-nomark core: share thread HTML fallback_api, codec_type=8&logo_type=unwatermarked, qAAB AES-CBC main_url decode. Add CLI parse-video / download-nomark-video for agent use without account cookies. No login APIs; public share + media CDN only.
