There are cases where user needs to retrieve tags generated by the metadata-action for post processing like testing the image. We can provide the same output as the metadata-action one: https://github.com/docker/metadata-action/blob/c299e40c65443455700f0fdfc63efafe5b349051/action.yml#L57-L58
