Rebuild Lists entry surfaces around a shared accessible gallery for discovered video lists, people lists, and a creator's own lists.

Acceptance Criteria

• Show independent video and people discovery columns.
• Reuse one accessible card across discovery, search, and profile.
• Preserve owner visibility for empty lists.
• Open discovered people lists read-only with a complete roster.
• Preserve public URLs while retiring the old discovery screen.
• Exclude internal Nostr sets.
• Cover localization, accessibility, repositories, and list navigation.
• Keep documented backend, paging, retry, and follow work out of scope.
