Fix --board flag across all CLI commands - #59

Conversation
The --board option was declared on every command but never actually used — all resolveBoard() functions ignored the argument and fell back to the global default. This caused conflicts when running multiple ralph instances targeting different boards. - Create shared board-resolver.ts that parses --board as AT URI or did:plc:xxx:rkey format, with fallback to known board names and global default - Replace broken per-command resolveBoard() in all 8 command files (cards, cols, new, mv, edit, show, comment, rm) - Update ralph protocol template to pass --board on every sb command instead of relying on sb use Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Update SKILL.md to mention --board as an alternative to sb use, document accepted board ref formats, and add guidance for automated contexts. Update all command definition files with accepted --board formats. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
