Description

Alert system that monitors tickers and notifies when they cross price, score, or technical thresholds.

Acceptance criteria

• investdaytip watch --add TICKER --target PRICE command
• investdaytip watch --list to view active alerts
• investdaytip watch --remove TICKER command
• Persistent alert storage (JSON or SQLite)
• Terminal notification (optionally macOS Notification Center / notify-send)
• Tests

Notes

Medium-to-high scope feature. Could be implemented in phases: first price alerts, then score alerts, then technical condition alerts.
