Summary

introduce business panel endpoints, Redis helpers, and websocket access control for collaboration rooms
add business lobby and in-room templates with integrated chat, presence, voice, and screen sharing powered by new client script
expose the business panel throughout ambassador navigation and seed default room metadata

pytest (fails: pyenv is pinned to 3.5.6, which is unavailable in this environment)
