To run this,

1. Download everything here and unzip
2. pip install -r requirements.txt
3. please download the .gz at this link, then unzip using 7zip(VERY IMPORTANT!) and rename to vectorizer.bin

4. Also, add a file called apikey.txt in the root directory, containing only the openai api key to use ChatGPT in plaintext

5. streamlit run Upload_Surveillance_Footage.py
