For reference, this needs an Opencl SDK to build.
An older version from AMD: https://github.com/GPUOpen-LibrariesAndSDKs/OCL-SDK
Nvidia: https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-toolkit
Should be an Intel one somewhere
