docs: cross-OS framing, FAQ refresh, jump+refresh image - #132

- "Who Pane Is For" first bullet now reads as cross-OS (Mac, Windows, Linux all first-class) instead of Windows/Linux-only. A healthy share of current users are on Mac, so the old framing was misleading. - FAQ: existing answers expanded with current product details, two new Q&As added (worktree-free workflow, parallel-agent isolation), and all em dashes stripped per style preference. - Jump + Refresh row in "What Flying Feels Like" now has an image and moves up into the image-included group in the table.

Summary
Three small README updates bundled together.
1. "Who Pane Is For" first bullet now reads as cross-OS. Mac, Windows, and Linux are all first-class. The old framing implied Pane was Windows/Linux-only, but a healthy share of users are on Mac. Em dash dropped on the rewrite.
2. FAQ refreshed. Existing answers expanded with current product details (built-in browser, resource manager, file explorer, cross-terminal context, etc.), two new Q&As added — "Do I have to know how git worktrees work?" and "Can I run multiple agents in parallel without them stepping on each other?" — and all em dashes stripped per style preference.
3. Jump + Refresh now has an image. Small icon strip showing the refresh / up / down arrows. Row moves up into the image-included group in the "What Flying Feels Like" table.
