Staging Environment

What are you changing in this pull request and why?

I have created this PR following this slack post from Lucas in support: https://dbt-labs.slack.com/archives/C02NCQ9483C/p1737122032798279 which he found (and I later tested) that users can only have one staging deployment envronments. Existing docs advise multiple staging deployment environments can be created. So I created this PR to update this.
