The published 0.8.0 on npm was built from a commit not in this repo and lacks the @google/stitch-sdk@0.3.5 schema repair that prevents AJV crashes on missing $defs (e.g. #/$defs/ScreenInstance). Bumping to 0.9.0 so the fix ships to npm.
