This PR introduces major updates to the PHP Cassandra extension:
✅ Upgraded codebase for PHP 8.3 compatibility
✅ Added static build support for easier deployment on Linux (amd64)
✅ Updated installation guide (README-install.md) with required dependencies
✅ Added install.sh script to simplify installation and activation
✅ Improved build process and dependency management
These changes aim to modernize the extension, simplify installation on Debian/Ubuntu systems, and provide long-term maintainability for PHP 8.x users.
