Improving the question for location

There are a couple of things, that needs to be changed with location:

1. Location is saved with the question and not when the beep is started (for better transparency)
2. Add the button to make it easier to save coordinates (also with how exact it is)
3. Add API (OpenStreet, FourSquare, Google,...) to offer suggestions
