Add SQLite tables and CRUD for news events, sources, scores, research packages, runs, adapter health, and ContentIdea linkage.
Add the source registry, URL normalization, RSS/Atom parsing with GUID fallback, HTML same-host discovery, official Hacker News API adapter, and disabled GitHub/Reddit stubs.
Collect live signals into canonical news events and merge duplicate coverage of the same launch instead of creating parallel videos.
Verify events by source tier, surface material conflicts, and store deterministic news-score-v1 components. Breaking still requires a verified primary source.
