Adds handling for The Maw and Druid option for Mount Form

• Updates .toc to 9.0.5
• Adds handling for The Maw: Ignores favorites and instead randomly selects a Maw-usable mount if one is available.
• Adds option for Druids to prefer Mount Form over Travel Form. Does not apply when swimming, able to fly, or in combat.
  • Although Mount Form can be used in combat, I noticed it does not return to full speed after leaving combat without recasting.

ValorMount will now use flying mounts in Nazjatar if you have Battle for Azeroth Pathfinder Rank 2.

Now that I can fly in BFA, I realized my mistake in the last fix for Nazjatar. This fixes that fix.

TLDR: What worked on the PTR did not work on Live.

When I first created this the MountJournal behaved fine, now it appears to sometimes lag on character login, returning all mounts as not favorites and attempting to set favorites are ignored.

I've patched a fix to ensure synchronicity between the Mount Journal and ValorMount's internal database but - depending on how responsive MountJournal is - it can cause a small increase in CPU usage at login. Although most people would never notice it, it goes against what I set out to do with this addon - a tiny footprint with bare minimum CPU usage. When I have time I'll figure out a better method.
